Maintenance Technician – Building & Infrastructure Systems

Job Description:

  • Provide technical solutions for systems including water, electricity, HVAC, pool, heating, communication & control systems

  • Handle breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep

  • Technical involvement in hospital projects

  • Work with and supervise external contractors and service providers

Requirements:

  • Technician/Practical Engineer in Mechanics, Electricity, HVAC, or Electronics

  • Experience in infrastructure, maintenance, or building systems

  • Advantage: Experience with machinery/tools (welding, carpentry, lathe, etc.)

  • Creative thinking, reliability, teamwork, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

Scope: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, alternating Fridays
