BECAUSE OF THE WAR, WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL THE HEELS OF LOVE HIKE THIS YEAR. WE HOPE TO USE THE SAME ROUTES NEXT YEAR.
The 8th annual ALYN Heels of Love trek was set for March 10–12, 2026—a three-day hiking and camping adventure supporting the children of ALYN Hospital. This year’s route would have lead participants through one of Israel’s most breathtaking landscapes: Park Timna. We hope to use the same routes when we can next plan Heels of Love.
Sponsorship pages remain open. We are trying to continue raising the funds needed by the hospital.
On Heels of Love, are three groups of hikers:
Challenge: A group that covers up to 12-20 kilometers/8-12 miles a day with plenty of climbing.
Hike Plus: A shorter (but not easy) group that will hike about 10-12 kilometers/6.2 miles a day.
Scenic: A beautiful scenic walk of around to 10km/5-6 miles day.
Fundraising minimum: $3,000, although we encourage you to raise more. ($420 registration fee to cover our costs)
