Check-in and bike drop:
Check-in/bike drop will take place in the parking lot of Schahar, the ALYN Hospital school for hospitalized children. When turning into the hospital, make an immediate left and go down the short driveway. You will walk through the recently school for hositalized chidlren and to the brand new welcome hall!
Come drop off your bike, inspect your rental, or have your bike built. You will also be given your riding kit or t-shirt if you are on hiking or touring.
If you need a bike built from a case, please let us know what time you will arrive.
Thursday, November 5: ALYN Hospital 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM (20:30)
Friday, November 6: ALYN Hospital 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM (13:00)
Sunday, November 8: ALYN Hospital: 8:30 - 11:00 (12:00 for those taking the bus to the airport).
If you have a rental bike or are hiking/touring, you do not need to check-in at ALYN. You can check-in at the hotels in Eilat.
We are staying at the Vert Eilat hotel and the Astral Village. These hotels are accross the street from one another and 200 meters apart. Most Road, Road Plus, Challenge, Toyuring, and Hiking particpants are at the Vert. Those from those groups not at the Vert will be notified. Off-road are at the Astral Village. We will let you know All bikes will be stored at the Vert Hotel tennis court.
Sunday evening, dinner is at 18:30. At 19:30 we will have a short welcome event at the Astral Village and at 20:00 we will welcome riders to the Vert.
