Eliel is the research coordinator for Dr. Naomi Gefen's studies. He is a pediatric intensive care nurse at the Tel Aviv Medical Center, having previously served as a registered nurse at Schneider Hospital. Eliel received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in medical entrepreneurship from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a teaching assistant for a course in Research Methods at the Shamir Hospital Nursing School.
