Dr. Ben-Yehudah is the business development advisor at ALYNnovation, helping the startups partnered with ALYNnovation to achieve proof of concept as well as secure R&D funding. Prior to joining ALYNnovation, he served as VP Medical Operations at Takaro Tech Ltd., responsible for developing the QNI paramedical treatment device for use in physical therapy and occupational therapy. Prior to that, he was CEO of Mehayom, the Israeli forum for a healthy lifestyle and diabetes prevention. Dr. Ben-Yehudah has also served as Director of Biomedical Research at the Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology and as Director of Medical Research Administration at the Israeli Ministry of Health.
Dr. Ben-Yehudah holds a BSc in Biology, an MSc in Biotechnology and a PhD in Biochemistry, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Cell Biology and Embryonic Stem Cells at the University of Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Ben-Yehudah also volunteers at Yahel, a non-profit foundation assisting family members of those coping with psychiatric conditions.
