Ariela joined ALYNnovation in February 2020 after managing business development for medtech and healthcare startups at OurCrowd, Israel’s most active venture capital firm. She has a strong passion for the intersection between science, medicine, humanity, and their global impact. Ariela holds a B.A. in psychology from Reichmann University (formerly IDC Herzliya) where she worked as a research assistant for a lab studying neuropsychology, aging, and communication. She also completed an excellence program through the university’s law school for interdisciplinary research on the social, legal, and ethical implications of emerging and disruptive technology. Ariela served an as officer in the IDF working with wounded soldiers, veterans, and bereaved families.
