Rica is Innovation and Project Manager at ALYNnovation, guiding startups through the program and providing them with the necessary support in design, fundraising, and global client acquisition. She promotes internal innovation efforts and plays a central role in ALYNnovation’s strategic communications and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining ALYNnovation, Rica was Business Development Manager at Pharmaseed, Israel’s largest GLP-certified pre-clinical and early clinical CRO, where she specialized in business development through strategic partnerships, marketing, and sales. Prior to Pharmaseed, she was Product Manager at the clinical-stage oncology treatment startup New Phase.
Rica served as Senior Academic Officer and Researcher at the Israel Naval Medical Institute. She holds a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MSc (cum laude) in Neuroscience from Bar Ilan University. Rica also volunteers as HealthTech hackathon mentor.
