Types of treatments

Therapy sessions in the Speech and Language Therapy Department are personally suited to each patient's needs and abilities and the staff often work together during a treatment with the another therapist from the Hospital's multidisciplinary team.

The staff of the Department treat patients in the following languages: Hebrew, Arabic, English, Spanish and Russian.

Personal treatments

Group treatment – ALYN's speech therapists organize group treatments such as communication groups, pronunciation groups, language groups, supportive communication groups (using animals as a therapy tool) and an infant feeding group.

Group treatments - with a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist or with one of ALYN's educational staff.
